AGE DECLARATION

1. Photocopies of valid Nigerian Passports of both the Declarant and the Applicant

2. Application letter stating what happened to the earlier birth certificate and include full address of the Declarant

3. Declarant must be at least 6 years older than the applicant

4. Two Passport size full face photographs of both Applicant and Declarant

5. Non-refundable Fee of R$ 70,00

EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC) is issued to Nigerians who loose their passports while abroad on visits and non-resident Nigerians abroad, to enable them return to Nigeria. ETC is usually issued for a one-way journey to Nigeria only and must be surrendered to Immigration Authorities at the port of entry. Validity of ETC is three (3) months from date of issue.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE:

Applications for Emergency Travel document must have evidence of the following;

1. Full address in Nigeria & Brazil (not P. O. Box)

2. Brazilian Police Report

3. Confirmed print-out or copy of Air Ticket.

4. Two Passport photographs

5. Fees of R$ 200,00
